After all that work I sold the house, went and bought another one. Crazy but true! I guess that's what I do.
There was something about this house and neighborhood that I found liberating. I think it reminded me of my house in New York.
So at first I said, well this house doesn't really need anything! Everyone thought that was great! I wished I would have kept my big mouth shut, so every time I casually mention some improvements, my friends remind me, " I thought you said it doesn't need anything!" Mmmm...
So this is it, down below!
I am working on the landscaping right now and came across, you know those boring shrubs that seem to grace every foundation and never seem to grow because they are trimmed into a round ball whether they want to or not. Who cares if it looks boring right!
t reminds me of a forever stamp, no change ever, lol. Do you see my big forever stamp on the corner, well I took care of that and now it's very, very different and looks like a small tree! I added a metal fence, some patio brick and of course peachy roses and other interesting plants, all of course at my favorite store, you guessed it - Lowe's.
Check out my "In Progress" page to see what I am working on you might take away an idea or two!
From the nest,
Gina
